Morocco Announces 5 New confirmed Cases of COVID-19.

 Morocco’s Ministry of Health announced Yesterday  five (5) new assured cases of Coronavirus, confirmed in the laboratory of Institut Pasteur Morocco  bringing the total number of cases in the country to 54. 

 Two (2) in the city of Agadir for the French, and two (2) cases for the citizens of the city of Casablanca from Spain, and one case (1) for a citizen of the city of Meknes from Egypt, and all are under health care at the hospital where He will be taken care of in accordance with approved health procedures.

Although most of the cases are from abroad, some local cases have started to appear, said Health Minister Khalid Ait Taleb at a press conference tonight.

“The next few days are decisive, so we must focus on respecting the preventive measures,” the minister stated. 

“If we all collaborate, we will be able to control the spread of the virus,” Ait Taleb declared.

Health Ministry calls on citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health security, and to engage in the precautionary measures taken by the Moroccan authorities in all patriotism and responsibility.
