An American tourist is suing  "TripAdvisor" and its subsidiary Viator  during her trip in Morocco, where she  broke her arm during a camel ride in January of 2018, which led her to stay for two days in the hospital.

Breanne Ayala from New Jersey filed a lawsuit against the travel websites on December 30, 2019, in the Norfolk Superior Court of Massachusetts.

The news of the 24-year-old Ayala's prosecution of the aforementioned company for negligence and breach of the travel contract has spread to several American media outlets.

According to American news Boston Globe,The young woman is accusing  the travel company of negligence and breach of contract for failing to ensure the camel tour company was operating safely. and she also blamed the tourists guide for not teaching the correct way to ride the camel.

A TripAdvisor spokeswoman declined to comment on the pending lawsuit.

During the tour, one of the handlers told Ayala that the camel she was riding in was pregnant and was about a month away from birth.

The camel escaped from the convoy, causing Ayala to fall and her arm broken. The operators waited for the tour company owner to arrive rather than calling an ambulance. The company owner arrived at the scene an hour after the incident and called for an ambulance.

The law suit asks for unspecified damages. The family expects Ayala’s medical costs to overtake $120,000. These costs contain the treatment she received in Morocco, surgery, and physical therapy.
