Today I will show you how you can make  a moroccan pita bread. you can use it as a perfect bread for the sandwich,it is by far the fluffiest sandwich bread you will ever eat.  Just follow these steps below :

Ingredients 

  • ½ kilo of white flour
  • 200 g of wheat flour, hard wheat, vino or soft semolina
  • 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar
  • 7 g of dry yeast 
  • 2 large glasses of warm water

Directions:

  •  the first step,  mix yeast with the sugar and warm water (not hot).Set aside the mixture until it’s frothy, about five minutes.
  •  In a mixing hollow bowl ,mix all Ingredients (white flour, semolina and the mix of yeast, sugar ) mix all with warm water and knead until the dough is very smooth for 5 to 10 minutes, if the dough is too sticky , add a tiny bit of flour.
  • Cover the dough with a clean tissue and let it sit 15 minutes, then divide into  smooth balls the size of apricots. 
  • Roll out each ball into a thin circle . Set the rolled out dough on a clean, dry towel and cover. let them rest covred for about 1hours.
  • heat a pan over medium heat and bake them on each side for 2 minutes , turning several times ,until golden brown on both sides.
