MOROCCAN CHICKPEA SOUP

To prepare a delicious dish of delicious hot appetizers, try preparing a Moroccan hummus soup, a famous recipe from Moroccan cuisine and rich in nutritional benefits.


INGREDIENTS:
  •        Olive oil: a tablespoon and a half
  •    Onion: 1 piece (clip)
  •    Celery: Oud (minced)
  •    Cumin: 2 teaspoons (ground)
  •    Vegetables broth: 600 ml (hot)
  •    Tomato: 300 grams (chopped)
  •    Garlic: 2 cloves(mashed)
  •     Chickpea: 250 grams(washed and filtered)
  •     Rind lemons chopped (discard the pulp and seeds)
  •    Lemon juice: half a pill
  •    Bread: 2 loaves (to serve)
  •    Green coriander: 2 tbsp
  •    Parsley: a large spoon   
                
DIRECTIONS:



1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over low heat, add the onions and celery, sauté for 10 minutes until the ingredients are soft and stirring occasionally. Add the cumin and cook for an additional 1 minute.


2. Raise the temperature, add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, garlic, and chickpeas, as well as ground black pepper.


3. Leave the soup on a quiet fire, for 8 minutes, add the 
rind lemons chopped and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Add the spices (as desired), sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, and coriander, and serve alongside the bread.
