it is a popular Moroccan dish which you can find all the time  whether at the  lunch or at the dinner, a tagine is a pot made of pottery and it is distinguished by the fact that it is able to maintain the nutritional values of the cooked items,it also gives the foods distinctive flavor that does not appear in any kind of dishes prepared, Moroccan tagine is easy to prepare and their ingredients are constantly available ,and we will give the method of Moroccan chicken tagine.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine

the ingredients:
  • Half a chopped chicken
  • 2 Onions cut into strips
  • A grain of tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (if you have an olive oil it will be better)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 beads of carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • A one-quarter kilo of peas
  • 2 spoons of Coriander chopped
  • 1 little spoon of Ground ginger
  • a half little  spoon of ground peppers
  •  a little spoon of salt
  • and a pot of  tagine

How to prepare :

  • Put the pieces of chicken, olive oil, salt, and garlic  in the Tagin and place all over low heat for a quarter of an hour
  • After a quarter of an hour, we add the onion ginger and peppers
  • After we add the tomatoes, potatoes, and carrots after washing them,  in the last, the peas to decorate.
